I think this is a great shot: it has a good ilumination and the colors are wonrderful. But I think the image don't say too much. It is a bridge, and what? I think you have to try to play with the perspective and other techniques to make the picture make sense

Thanks for the feedback! My opinion and basis for the shot is it is like looking through a portal. Maybe another dimension if you will. That bridge leads to Treasure Island which connects to the rest of the Bay Area. So from my vision, it felts like looking into the abyss. Something strange and unknown. Maybe a bridge that will take you into deep space... But people from San Francisco usually just imagine what life is outside of the the 7 x 7 because we live in our little fantasy world and speculate whats across these bridges... Or maybe I'm wrong

No, you're not wrong. Remember that it's always your perspective and I just wanted to give my opinion, nothing more.

Great snapshot! Lovely attempt at achieving symmetry, and I really do like the idea of the arches being as a bit like a frame for a picture in a picture. Unfortunately, and this is difficult to achieve perfectly but can be adjusted in PS, that the water fountain is not in the middle with regard to the bridge. Apart from that, top stuff!

This was actually a throw away shot for my personal pleasure but when I got home, I just couldn't leave it alone. I definitely agree with symmetry though! Thanks for the critique.

I've always been more of a fan of this bridge versus. I am from the Bay Area and have drove across this bridge my whole life for San Francisco's inspiration.
